Artigem has over 1,000 open accounts with jewelry manufacturers and diamond cutters helping us keep costs down, while still being able to replace the piece of jewelry very closely to the original.

  • All prices in our system are updated at 5 a.m. every morning to ensure accurate pricing
  • All replacements we provide are of the highest quality standards
  • We work hand-in-hand with each policyholder to make sure they are 100% satisfied with their replacement piece
  • Each replacement is personally selected from the Jewelry Specialist that was assigned for that exact claim
  • All replacements come with a free appraisal for re-insuring

We have a web-based software with portals for the adjuster, policyholder, and Artigem to communicate:

  • The policyholder is able to view replacement opportunities in our service patented website
  • Adjusters can view notes, pictures, quotes, invoices
  • All in a paperless environment
