Submitting a Jewelry Claim

Web-based Claim Submission form is easy to use and saves the adjuster time. Attach documents such as an appraisal, and Login passwords will auto-populate your contact information.

Each adjuster must set up their account by creating a username. Click on the op left Create Username button to enter your username, contact information and create a profile.

To save the adjuster’s home page to favorites follow the instructions in the upper middle of the page, this procedure is security driven.

1. Submit a claim by clicking the Add New Claim button.
2. Begin populating the fields for the jewelry claim and submit to Artigem:
