Delete your Artigem Account
Deleting your Artigem account will permanently remove all your claims, items, pictures and other information associated with it. The unpaid invoices (if any) would still be retained and will be liable for payment by you.
To delete your account
You must be signed in to Artigem to delete your account. If you’re having trouble with login, please contact support@artigem.com
Delete from Artigem's settings
- Sign in to the Artigem app
- Go to the hamburger menu
- Tap on ‘My Account’
- Scroll to the bottom and tap ‘Click Here’ under the option to delete account
Keep in mind
- Deleting your account won’t delete invoices generated during your active period
- Any claim(s) created by you could be archived for audit and reporting purposes
- Any unpaid invoices(if any) will be liable for payment by you
- Once your account is deleted, you’ll lose access to download any of the data you have entered or created
